The project comprises a new side infill and rear extension to a Ground floor flat in a Victorian terraced house in Hackney. Exposed timber joists, internal brickwork and large frameless rooflights create a bohemian interior which complements the house traditional features. A new courtyard and rear patio allow for natural light and seamless connection between inside and outside. Planning permission has been granted and the project is in detailed design stage.
